This charming apartment in the city of Modiin belongs to a family with two kids. They bought it as a Garden Duplex apartment with the plan to create an seperate apartment for the grandparent’s downstairs. 
Everything was gutted. The stairs were taken out, leaving space for a dining table and a bathroom downstairs. The service balcony was replanned and replaced with a modern master bath with laundry, the livingroom became smaller to be able to fit a third bedroom, the one room downstairs was separated to create a living area and bedroom, new pluming, floors, and electricity was carefully planned and of course design by Design'ish.
